Isabel Caballero and Gabriel Navarro from the ICMAN-CSIC attended the "XVIII Congreso de la Asociación Española de Teledetección" in Valladolid (24-29 September 2019)

 

 

The theme of the Symposium was "Towards a global vision of Climate Change" and the main objective was to serve as a meeting point for the various communities involved in the use of remote sensing: scientific, business and institutional community. This was the perfect forum to present the applications developed in the field of spatial planning, the environment and the development of remote sensing methods and applications.

The researchers presented three communications entitled:

  • Progreso en la estimación de la batimetría en regiones costeras turbias de EEUU con los satélites Sentinel-2A/B, Caballero, I., Stumpf, R.P.
  • Análisis multi-satélite como herramienta para la planificación y toma de decisiones en campañas oceanográficas: CALYPSO 2019, Caballero, I., Navarro, G., Zarokanellos, N.D., Tintoré, J.
  • Variabilidad espacio-temporal del frente Almería-Orán usando imágenes de color oceánico 2019, Navarro, G., Zarokanellos, N., Caballero, I., Tintoré, J.
