Ocean Colour Near Real-Time monitoring service in the Gulf of Cadiz

Daily sea surface level-3 and level-4 high resolution data (300m and 1km) derived from multiple sensors, including the Ocean and Land Colour Instrument (OLCI) onboard the Sentinel-3A and Sentinel-3B twin satellites of the European Commission’s Copernicus programme and EUMETSAT.

Remote Sensing Service

Remote Sensing Service is one of CSIC’s leading value-adding research group in Earth Observation. Our services include satellite image processing, thematic mapping, environmental monitoring and spatio-temporal analyses. All our work is built upon cutting-edge remote sensing technology and advanced geographic information systems (GIS).

SeaDron Service

SeaDron, the ICMAN's drone service to support research in ecology and coastal management, has a large Fleet of drones 2 hexacopters and 2 quadcopters and sensors multispectral termal, RGB.

OPECAM Field Unit

The Field Operations Unit (OPECAM) was set up to provide support to the many research activities in the natural environment carried out by the ICMAN that required field trips to obtain samples in the various different compartments of the environment – water, atmosphere, sediments and biota.
